What is in the pack
These are not marketing brochures. Each one is a working document we use internally, edited so that it makes sense to someone outside the studio.
| Document | Format | What it does | Use it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| BOQ comparison sheet | Spreadsheet, 3 tabs | Normalises two or three quotations onto one page: carcass grade, hardware brand, finish, quantity, inclusions and exclusions side by side, with an automatic per-sq-ft calculation from your carpet area | You have quotations from more than one studio and they do not look comparable |
| Society NOC pack | PDF, 6 pages | A model NOC application letter, a worker list template, a structural undertaking, and a one-page schedule of hours, deposits and debris routes for your committee to sign | Before you book a start date on any Mumbai society project |
| Snag list template | Spreadsheet, room-wise | A room-by-room defect schedule with severity, responsibility, photo reference and a closed-on date, laid out so it can be signed off in a single walk | In the last two weeks of any project, before handover |
| Electrical & data schedule | Spreadsheet, room-wise | Every socket, switch, light point, data point and AC point by room and by wall, with heights, so first fix is agreed on paper rather than shouted across a site | Before first fix begins — this is the one that saves the most money |
| Storage audit worksheet | PDF, 4 pages | A room-by-room count of what you actually own, converted into cubic feet, so wardrobe and kitchen volume is designed against reality rather than a guess | At the start of design, especially on a redevelopment or possession flat |
| Kitchen brief sheet | PDF, 2 pages | Cooking frequency, number of people cooked for, appliance list with dimensions, storage preferences and the non-negotiables, in the order a designer needs them | Before your first kitchen design meeting |
| Payment milestone tracker | Spreadsheet | The five standard milestones with the verification evidence required at each, so you release money against progress rather than against a date | From contract signature through to final payment |
| Office fit-out readiness checklist | PDF, 5 pages | Landlord fit-out manual items, drawing approval status, nominated vendor packages, insurance certificates, lift and dock policy, night-work permit and headcount assumptions | Before signing a commercial fit-out contract |
| Handover document checklist | PDF, 2 pages | Everything you should receive at handover: warranty documents, material and brand schedule, appliance manuals, closed snag list, maintenance guidance and as-built electrical layout | In the final week, so nothing is missing after the team has left |
The three that matter most
If you only take three, take these.
BOQ comparison sheet
Most clients cannot compare quotations because they are not quoting the same thing. This sheet forces each one onto the same line items and exposes the differences — usually carcass grade, hardware brand and what has quietly been excluded. It is the single most useful hour you will spend before signing.
Electrical & data schedule
Nearly every post-handover regret is an electrical one: no socket by the bed, no data point in the study, a switch behind a door. Filling this in room by room before first fix costs an evening and prevents a class of problem that is genuinely expensive to fix later.
Storage audit worksheet
Storage designed against a guess always disappoints. Counting what you own — in cubic feet, room by room — is unglamorous and it is the reason the storage-led projects in our portfolio worked. It also tells you honestly how much of what you own should not be moving house with you.

Design and build under one accountable roof
How to get them
- Ask by WhatsApp or the form on this page. Tell us which documents you want, or just ask for the whole pack.
- We send them the same working day, as one PDF plus editable spreadsheets.
- No sales call is attached. If you want to talk about a project, say so and we will call. If you do not, you will not hear from us beyond the email that carries the files.
- Use them with anyone. These are not Greenbox-specific documents. Use the BOQ comparison sheet on our quotation as readily as on anyone else's — we would rather be compared properly than not compared at all.

Frequently asked questions
Are the templates really free?+
Yes, and there is no sales call attached. Ask by WhatsApp or through the form and we send the pack the same working day as one PDF plus editable spreadsheets. If you want to discuss a project you have to tell us so; we do not follow up on a download request.
Can I use the BOQ comparison sheet on quotations from other studios?+
That is what it is for. It normalises two or three quotations onto the same line items — carcass grade, hardware brand, finish, quantities, inclusions and exclusions — and calculates a per-sq-ft figure from your carpet area. Use it on ours as readily as on anyone else's.
Which template should I fill in first?+
The electrical and data schedule, if your project has started. Sockets, switches, light points, data points and AC points fixed on paper before first fix is the cheapest problem-prevention available on an interior project. If you are still choosing a studio, start with the BOQ comparison sheet instead.
Do the templates work for commercial projects?+
The office fit-out readiness checklist, the snag list and the payment milestone tracker do. The others are residential in focus. For a commercial project the readiness checklist is the important one — it covers the landlord fit-out manual, drawing approvals, nominated vendor packages and night-work permits before you sign.
Will you send me marketing emails afterwards?+
No. Your address is used to send the files and nothing else unless you ask to be contacted about a project. We would rather the templates circulate freely than be a lead-capture mechanism — a client who arrives having filled in a storage audit is worth more to us than a mailing list entry.
