A large share of our turnkey work is for owners who are not in Mumbai — often not in India. For those projects the contract structure matters more than the mood board: a fixed price, milestone payments released against photographic evidence, a named single point of contact, and a video walkthrough at every stage.

Yes, this is a regular part of our work. We use a fixed-price contract, milestone payments released against photographic evidence, weekly photo and video updates, and a single named point of contact so there is never ambiguity about who is answering.
How are payments structured?+
Typically five milestones: 10% at design sign-off, 25% at mobilisation, 30% at carpentry carcass and MEP first fix, 25% at finishes and installation, and 10% at snag clearance and handover. Each is released against verified progress rather than a date.
What is not included in a turnkey quote?+
Commonly excluded: society deposits and charges, statutory approvals beyond standard NOCs, appliances and loose furniture unless specified, and any civil work discovered after opening up existing surfaces. Every exclusion should be listed explicitly in the BOQ.
Do you do turnkey for offices as well as homes?+
