The four ranges
The full brochure contents are below. Compare the carcass and hardware lines across the ranges — that is where the money actually goes.

- MR ply carcass 18 mm, BWP in the sink and hob bays only.
- 1 mm laminate shutters with 0.8 mm edge banding.
- Soft-close hinges and standard channels, branded.
- Granite counter 18 mm with a drip lip; glazed tile backsplash.
- Suits a 8 to 10 ft run in a 1BHK or a rental fit-out.
Range 2 — Studio, Rs 22,000 to 32,000 per running ft
- BWP carcass throughout, 18 mm, with 2 mm edge banding on all exposed edges.
- Acrylic or matte-finish shutters, or a 1 mm laminate in a textured finish.
- Tandem drawers on the base run, a corner carousel and a tall bottle pull.
- Quartz counter 20 mm, under-cabinet lighting on its own switch.
- The band most Mumbai 2BHK and 3BHK kitchens land in.
Range 3 — Signature, Rs 38,000 to 55,000 per running ft

- Quartz or sintered stone counter with a mitred 40 mm edge.
Range 4 — Atelier, Rs 60,000 to 90,000 per running ft

- Imported hardware with motorised lift-ups and servo drawers.
- Natural stone counter and full-height backsplash from the same slab.
- Integrated appliances with full-height panel fronts.
- Island or peninsula where the floor plate genuinely allows it.
What is included in every range
- Measurement survey after tiling, before manufacture.
- Dimensioned plan and elevations with every appliance cut-out marked.
- Skirting, filler and scribe pieces; no visible gaps at wall junctions.
- Installation, alignment and a soft-close check on every drawer and shutter.
- Warranty card with carcass, shutter and hardware durations stated separately.
What is charged separately
- Hob, chimney, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
- Sink and faucet unless specified in the quotation.
- Civil work, plumbing changes and electrical points.
- Countertop upgrades beyond the range standard.
- Water purifier and its drain provision.
How to choose a range
- Start from the hardware, not the shutter. You open a drawer twenty times a day and look at the shutter once.
- Keep BWP in the sink and hob bays whatever range you choose. It is the cheapest insurance in a kitchen.
- Count the tall units. They are where the storage is and they are priced separately from the base run.
- Confirm what the running-foot rate assumes — ceiling height, wall unit inclusion and counter material all change the comparison.
Three questions to ask any kitchen quotation
- Which bays are BWP? If the answer is “all of it is marine ply” without an IS number, ask again.
- What is the hardware series? A brand name without a series is a brand name without a warranty.
- Are wall and tall units in the running-foot rate? Very often they are not, and the comparison collapses.

Frequently asked questions
What is a running foot, exactly?+
One linear foot of the base run. A rate per running foot is meaningless unless it states whether wall units and tall units are included and what ceiling height it assumes. Ask both questions before comparing two rates.
Is acrylic worth the premium over laminate?+
In a kitchen, super-matt anti-fingerprint laminate outperforms high-gloss acrylic on everything except initial impact, and costs less. Where acrylic earns its money is in a low-use, high-visibility run. In a Mumbai cooking kitchen, matt wins.
Which range do most clients choose?+
Studio, at Rs 22,000 to 32,000 per running foot. It is where BWP throughout, tandem drawers, a tall pantry and a quartz counter become standard, and it is the point at which the kitchen stops needing compromises you notice daily.
How long does a modular kitchen take?+
Four weeks in the factory after the post-tiling measurement, plus about a week on site for installation and alignment. The critical path is almost always the appliance decision, because carcasses cannot be cut until the cut-outs are known.
Do you supply appliances?+
We coordinate and can procure them, but they are always a separate line, registered in your name for warranty purposes. What matters more is that the model numbers exist before the carcass is cut, whoever buys them.
