Calculators
Our calculators produce indicative estimates using published rate bands. Actual project cost depends on drawings, site conditions, material selection and specification, and may differ materially. We publish the methodology on each calculator page so it can be assessed.
Project terms
Design and build engagements are governed by the individual contract signed for that project, which sets out scope, the line-item BOQ, timeline, payment milestones, exclusions, the variation procedure and warranty terms. Nothing on this website varies those contract terms.
Intellectual property
Designs, drawings and 3D visualisations produced by Greenbox Design Studio remain our intellectual property until the project is completed and paid in full. Photographs of completed projects may be used in our portfolio unless the client asks otherwise in writing.
Liability
