The on-time completion guarantee
The completion date is written into your contract. We also define, in advance, the limited circumstances in which it can legitimately be extended — because a guarantee with undefined exceptions is not a guarantee:
- Client-side delays: late decisions, late client-supplied materials, delayed payments.
- Society or landlord restrictions imposed after contract signature.
- Additional scope agreed through a written variation.
- Force majeure, including statutory restrictions and natural events.
- Site conditions that were genuinely concealed and could not be surveyed.
A guarantee is only meaningful if the exceptions are written down before the project starts, not discovered afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Greenbox warranty cover?+
Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling and painting workmanship, plus hardware function with manufacturer warranties passed through. Excluded are natural stone characteristics such as veining and staining of porous stone, appliance faults beyond the manufacturer's terms, and damage from misuse or building water ingress.
How does the on-time completion guarantee work?+
The completion date is stated in your contract, along with the specific circumstances under which it can be extended — client-side delays, society or landlord restrictions imposed later, agreed variations, force majeure, and genuinely concealed site conditions. Everything else is our responsibility.
How do I make a warranty claim?+
Contact us with photographs and a description. We inspect, usually within three working days for Mumbai projects, and rectify covered items at our cost. For manufacturer-warranted items we coordinate the claim ourselves rather than referring you to a helpline.
Do I get a record of what was installed?+
Yes. At handover you receive a material and brand schedule listing what was used in each element, alongside the warranty document. This makes coverage verifiable and makes future repairs or matching far easier.
