What a credentials document should tell you
- Who holds the contract. Design-and-build under one contract or two separate appointments changes where accountability sits.
- What is warranted, and for how long. A studio that will not state durations in a profile will not state them in a contract.
- Whether they work where you live. Travel time affects supervision frequency more than most clients expect.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work outside Mumbai?+
We work across Mumbai city, the western and eastern suburbs, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kharghar and Palghar. Beyond the MMR we take on projects selectively, usually where the client has worked with us before, because supervision frequency drops with travel time and that shows in the finish.
Can you provide documents for vendor onboarding?+
Yes. GST registration, PAN, company incorporation documents, workmen's compensation and third-party liability insurance certificates, and bank details on letterhead. Send us your onboarding pack and we will return it completed.
Do you take design-only engagements?+
Yes, where a client already has a contractor. You get the full drawing set, the material schedule and a BOQ, plus site visits at an agreed frequency. What you do not get is single-point accountability for execution, which is the main thing a design-and-build contract buys.
How large a project do you take on?+
Residential from about 400 sq ft carpet upwards, and commercial from about 1,500 to 25,000 sq ft. Below 400 sq ft the fixed costs of running a site make a turnkey contract poor value for the client, and we will usually say so.
What is the on-time completion guarantee?+
A stated completion date in the contract with a defined consequence for studio-caused delay, alongside a definition of client-caused delay so the clause is workable in both directions. The detail is on the warranty and guarantee page.
