What is included in your interior packages?+
Design, 3D visualisation, a line-item BOQ, society paperwork, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, project management, snagging, handover and warranty. Civil work, appliances, loose furniture and GST are excluded from all tiers.
Which package should I choose?+
Essential suits first homes and rental properties where durability matters more than finish drama. Premium is the right choice for most owner-occupied family homes. Luxury is for bespoke work, specialist rooms and tight-tolerance detailing.
Can I mix packages across rooms?+
Yes, and many clients do — Premium in the kitchen and master bedroom, Essential in secondary bedrooms and utility areas. We price it room by room in the BOQ rather than forcing a single tier across the whole home.
Is GST included in these rates?+
No. All rates shown exclude 18% GST, which is applied on the service component. We always state this explicitly because an 18% difference is the easiest way for a quote to look cheaper than it is.
