What we cover
- Your brief. How you live or operate, what is not working now, what you want.
- Budget reality. We tell you honestly what your figure achieves — including when it does not stretch to the brief.
- Space assessment. Measurements, storage potential, layout constraints, service positions.
- Building constraints. Society rules, working hours, lift access, or the landlord fit-out manual for commercial spaces.
- Timeline. A realistic programme, not an optimistic one.
- Next steps. What a design engagement would involve, and what it costs.

Design and build under one accountable roof
What it is not
It is not a sales pitch with a discount that expires tonight. We do not do that. If your project is not a good fit for us — too small, too far, or better served by a specialist — we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more suitable.
The most useful consultation we ever gave ended with us telling the client not to do the project yet. They came back eighteen months later.

Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes — free, with no obligation. We do not charge for the consultation, the site visit or the subsequent line-item BOQ. You pay only once you approve a design and sign a contract.
Do you visit the property?+
Yes, anywhere in Mumbai and the MMR at no cost. A site visit is far more useful than a call because measurements, service positions and storage potential can only really be assessed in person.
What should I prepare?+
Your floor plan if you have one, a rough budget range, a list of rooms you want done, and your society or building name so we can check the working rules. Photos of the current space help if we are meeting remotely.
